We want you to love your home fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused candles or diffusers in their original packaging. If your scent isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making it right through a simple refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the unused items back in their original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring there is enough padding to prevent glass breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to ensure they haven't been lit or used, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
